Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from ArcaVerse, operated by Natalie Made Me Do It LLC. Thank you for shopping with ArcaVerse. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also have specific guidelines for the different types of products we offer.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Customized Items: Any product that has been personalized or custom-made to your specifications.
- Deck Boxes: All 3D-printed or manufactured deck boxes are non-returnable.

Returnable Items

We accept returns on the following products within 15 days of the delivery date:

- Figurines and Figurine Stands
- Collectible Cards

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. Collectible cards must remain in their original sealed sleeves or packaging to maintain their value and eligibility.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us through our store contact page. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For all undamaged orders, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately through our contact page if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
